The M.R. Sound service department accepts all professional audio, audio visual and communications products for assessment and repair. We regularly return functionality to microphones, amplifiers, speakers, mixers, CD players and recorders, data projectors, motorised screens, lights, cabling, control systems and hearing loops.
We pride ourselves on providing the best, most economically viable solutions for our clients and if necessary, we will recommend suitable replacements.
Our clients are kept up to date on how their repairs are proceeding and where possible, loan equipment is supplied to ensure our clients have continued functionality.
Our clients range from churches, schools and small businesses, through to facilities management companies, government organisations and tourist attractions. We service small analogue audio systems, complex audio visual and control systems in large boardrooms, intricate paging systems in sporting venues, and corporate spaces that combine all of the above with broadcast facilities.
We provide telephone support following site visits and this, combined with on-site training, allows our clients to be better informed about how their systems function, and how to make small adjustments when required.
Our Team
The M.R. Sound service technicians offer more than 50 years of combined experience and we take pride in the knowledge that we have the right technicians for every job.
Each of our technicians spends up to 10% of their working hours updating skills at training courses around Australia to ensure they are fully versed in all new technological developments and products.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
“Prevention is better than cure.”
Preventative maintenance can mean the difference between a functional and a problematic system. Regular maintenance prevents deterioration caused by dust and other airborne contaminants, and also lessens the effects of inadvertent human errors.
We have a number of different maintenance contracts to cater for every client. These include pre-purchased labour ‘banks’, pre-costed all-inclusive annual contracts, and 24/7 response plans.
